Our customer ordered 2 sets of Zebra Blinds and needed them FAST!

But there was one small problem… 😅

The Zebra Blind fabric from our supplier was out of stock.

If we waited for the next sea shipment,
the delivery would definitely be delayed.

So what did we do?

👉 We contacted our 🇰🇷 Korean fabric supplier
👉 Arranged AIR FREIGHT ✈️ for the fabric
👉 Got the material shipped directly to Malaysia

You probably never thought about this, right? 😂

Zebra Blind fabric can actually come by AIR ✈️!

Of course, air freight costs more than sea freight.

But when the customer needs it urgently,
sometimes speed is more important than saving a little on shipping.

Because for us, the most important thing is:

✅ Customer already confirmed the order
✅ Customer needs it urgently
✅ We find a solution
✅ Deliver on time! 💪

而且顾客有一个要求：

偏偏这个时候……

供应商的斑马帘布料——
没有货了！ 😅

如果等下一次船期，
那就真的不知道要等到什么时候了。

顾客要快，
我们当然不能跟顾客说：

“没货，慢慢等咯……”🤣

所以怎么办？

只好直接联系韩国🇰🇷布料供应商：

👉 安排空运✈️！

✅ 我们想办法解决缺货问题
✅ 尽量按照原定时间交货

做生意，有时候卖的真的不只是产品。
